53.1 The Approval and Award Phase is the fourth phase in the process for the selection of a Private Partner for the delivery of a PPP Project. During this phase the PPP Contract shall be sent to the CCEA for Final Approval and the Contracting Authority with the support of the PPP Authority shall issue the LoA to the Preferred Bidder.
