Performance should be monitored to track service delivery against requirements / contract management oversight accountabilities. Different organisational structures, people (e.g. varying experience and perceptions) and processes (e.g. the way things are done) can lead to the creation of different risk profiles and potentially new challenges even when operating in similar environments.
