Key findings for IMM development:

The 'Resourcing' sub-category was incorporated into the new sub-category, 'Under-performance / non-performance' as a lack of resources can lead to service delivery failure. See Table 8.15 for a comparison between treatments identified in Chapter 6 and new treatments identified from the interview process for values and beliefs. No treatments are identified for under-performance / non-performance.
