Expert Reviewers, engaged by Infrastructure NSW, prepare Gateway Review and Health Check Reports on behalf of Infrastructure NSW. These reports are 'Sensitive NSW Cabinet' documents and remain the property of Infrastructure NSW until finalised. Once finalised, reports become the property of the relevant delivery agencies to take actions as required. The reports remain 'Sensitive NSW Cabinet' documents and delivery agency SROs (as owners of reports) are able to distribute reports within Government at their discretion, having regard to the confidential nature of the reports.
