2.6.1  General principle

Project Co provides a warranty that each of the Maintained Assets, the Remaining Works and the Returned Assets will be Fit For Purpose and comply with:

•  the requirements of the Project Deed;

•  all applicable Laws; and

•  all applicable Standards.
