Subject to clause 2.21(c), if a determination, decision, opinion or direction (including that of the Independent Reviewer) is stated in this Deed to be "final and binding", neither party is entitled to challenge that determination, decision, opinion or direction on any basis other than that it is an indisputable error in complete disregard of the facts of the case, the applicable Law or credible evidence.
