2.22  Prevent

For the purposes only of each of:

(a)  paragraph (a)(ix) of the definition of Force Majeure Event;

(b)  the definition of Force Majeure Termination Event;

(c)  clause 5.6(d)(ii);

(d)  clause 6.2(c);

(e)  clause 32; and

(f)  clause 45.5 in respect of Intervening Events only,

a reference to "prevent" or any form of that term includes preventing the relevant party from being able to perform the relevant obligations to which each of the definitions or clauses referred to in paragraphs (a) to (f) above relate within the relevant timeframes (if any) specified in this Deed.
