(a) (Preparation and submission): Except in respect of the Monthly Development Phase Progress Report and the Monthly Operational Phase Performance Report, which must be submitted in accordance with clause 7.7(d), Project Co must prepare and submit the Development Phase Reports and the Operational Phase Reports to the State and the Independent Reviewer (where applicable) in accordance with [##] of the PSDR.
(b) (Additional information): Project Co must provide to the State and, where applicable, the Independent Reviewer, any additional information in connection with the Development Phase Reports and Operational Phase Reports reasonably requested by the State and, where applicable, the Independent Reviewer.
