22.2  Notice before Technical Acceptance

(a)  (Notice): Project Co must give the State and the Independent Reviewer separate notices:

(i)  12 Months;

(ii)  6 Months;

(iii)  3 Months;

(iv)  30 Business Days; and

(v)  15 Business Days,

prior to the date upon which it reasonably expects to achieve Technical Acceptance.

(b)  (Revised date): If, after Project Co gives the State and the Independent Reviewer a notice under clause 22.2(a), the date upon which Project Co reasonably expects to achieve Technical Acceptance changes, Project Co must notify the State and the Independent Reviewer promptly of the revised date.
