(a) (Notice): Project Co must give the State and the Independent Reviewer notice:
(i) 90 Business Days;
(ii) 60 Business Days; and
(iii) 20 Business Days,
prior to the date upon which it reasonably expects to achieve Commercial Acceptance. [Note: Notification period to be amended as required on a project specific basis.]
(b) (Revised date): If, after Project Co gives the State and the Independent Reviewer a notice under clause 24.2(a), the date upon which Project Co reasonably expects to achieve Commercial Acceptance changes, Project Co must notify the State and the Independent Reviewer promptly of the revised date.
