26.1  Primary obligation

Project Co must:

(a)  (commence): promptly commence performance of the Development Activities on the Development Phase Area following Financial Close;

(b)  (progress): regularly, expeditiously and diligently carry out and progress the Development Activities to achieve Acceptance; and

(c)  (achieve Acceptance): achieve Acceptance by the relevant Date for Acceptance.
