If the State gives Project Co a Change Response to accelerate in response to a Change Notice submitted by Project Co under clause 26.7 or clause 26.16 (as applicable) in accordance with the Change Compensation Principles and it only applies to part of the delay, any entitlement to an extension of time Project Co would have had but for the acceleration will only be reduced to the extent to which the instruction to accelerate requires Project Co to accelerate the relevant part or the whole of the Development Activities to overcome the delay.
