30.4  No offer made

If Project Co does not submit an offer under clause 30.3(a) or clause 30.3(b):

(a)  (no change): provision of those Reviewable Services will continue on the then current terms and pricing for the next Reviewable Services Term; or

(b)  (tender): the State may require a competitive tender to be conducted in accordance with clause 30.5.
