(a) (Third party offers): Project Co will, within 3 Months of the notice from the State under clause 30.3(d)(ii)B or clause 30.4(b), provide to the State:

(i) copies of all conforming offers Project Co has procured in accordance with clause 30.5(e) and clause 30.5(f);

(ii) Project Co's evaluation report in connection with each offer;

(iii) Project Co's recommendation as to the preferred tenderer for each Reviewable Service; and

(iv) such further details as the State reasonably requires in relation to the tender and the offers.

(b) (Project Co offer): Without limiting Project Co's offer under clause 30.3(e), in addition to the information submitted in accordance with clause 30.6(a), Project Co must (unless otherwise agreed by the State) submit an offer to the State to provide each Reviewable Service for the next Reviewable Services Term in accordance with clause 30.6(c).

(c) (Form of Project Co offer): Project Co's offer submitted under clause 30.6(b) must include a proposed Reviewable Services Schedule which must be priced and otherwise provided on the basis of:

(i) the offers obtained from the preferred tenderer (as recommended by Project Co) for each Reviewable Service; and

(ii) the pricing principles set out in clause 30.1(c).
