31.3  No duty to review

Notwithstanding clause 31.2, the approval or failure to approve a Minor Works Quote under clause 31.2(c) will not:

(a)  (no effect on rights and Liabilities): except to the extent otherwise expressly provided under this Deed, affect Project Co's Liabilities and the State's rights, whether under this Deed or at Law; or

(b)  (no entitlement to make Claims): entitle Project Co to make any Claim,

in respect of any such matter.
