31.7  General reporting obligations

As part of the Monthly Operational Phase Performance Report, Project Co must report on:

(a)  (aggregate of payments): the aggregate of all payments paid or payable for Minor Works undertaken in accordance with this clause 31 in the current Operating Year as against the Minor Works Limit for that Operating Year; and

(b)  (further Minor Works Quotes): details of any further Minor Works Quotes which have been approved during the previous Month pursuant to clause 31.2(c).
