Project Co must:
(a) (notice to State): notify the State; and
(b) (recommence all obligations): recommence performing all obligations suspended as a result of the Intervening Event,
immediately after it ceases to be prevented from performing those Services or other obligations under this Deed (which are not Development Activities) as a result of an Intervening Event or its consequences.
