Project Co indemnifies the State, each State Associate and each Interface Party (other than any Direct Interface Party) from and against any Claim or Liability suffered or incurred by the State, any State Associate or any Interface Party (other than any Direct Interface Party), respectively, in connection with any breach by Project Co or any Project Co Associate of any State Project Document.
