(a) (Final and binding): Subject to clause 2.18 and clause 50.7(b), any award will be final and binding on the parties.
(b) (Appeal): Each party consents to any appeal to a court where that appeal is made under the Commercial Arbitration Act 2011 (Vic) on a question of law arising in connection with an arbitral award made in accordance with this clause 50.
