[Note: Clause only required if Commonwealth funding is applicable to the project. To maintain clause numbering, to be [Not Used] if no Commonwealth funding is contemplated on a project.]
(a) (WHS accreditation): warrants that the D&C Contractor is accredited under the WHS Accreditation Scheme; and
(b) (D&C Contractor requirements): must ensure that the D&C Contractor:
(i) maintains accreditation under the WHS Accreditation Scheme at all times whilst carrying out "building work" (as defined in section 6 of the Building Act 2016) in respect of the Project; and
(ii) complies at all times whilst carrying out "building works" (as defined in section 6 of the Building Act 2016) with all conditions of its WHS Accreditation Scheme accreditation.
