Project Co must comply with the Local Industry Development Plan set out in the VIPP Schedule (LIDP) and utilise Local Content (ANZ) in the carrying out of the Project Activities so that the Local Content (ANZ) aggregated for all goods and services utilised:
(a) (Development Activities): in undertaking the Development Activities is [##]%; and
(b) (Services): in undertaking the Services is [##]%,
