63.7  Amendments

(a)  (Deed): Unless otherwise expressly provided in this Deed, this Deed may only be amended by a deed executed by or on behalf of each party.

(b)  (Other State Project Documents): Except as otherwise expressly provided in the relevant State Project Document, no amendment to any other State Project Document is valid or binding on a party unless made in writing and executed by the State and all other parties to the relevant State Project Document.
