2.8  Plans, Reports and Procedures

Without limiting clause 2.9, a reference to any Project Plan, Development Phase Report, Operational Phase Report or any other plan or report is a reference to that Project Plan, Development Phase Report, Operational Phase Report or other plan or report, as amended, revised or updated from time to time under this Deed.
