(a) (Jurisdiction of Authorities): Project Co acknowledges and agrees that:
(i) there are Authorities with jurisdiction over aspects of the Project Activities and the Project Area;
(ii) such Authorities may, from time to time and at any time, exercise their functions and powers in such a way as to disrupt, interfere with or otherwise affect the Project Activities or the Project Area; and
(iii) it will co-operate with and co-ordinate its Project Activities with such Authorities as is required by them.
(b) (Provide information): Project Co must give the State Representative copies of:
(i) all material documents given to Project Co or a Project Co Associate by an Authority (including Approvals and other notices) promptly upon receipt;
(ii) all material documents (other than documents required to be prepared pursuant to a State Approval) given by Project Co or a Project Co Associate to an Authority at the time that those documents are given to the Authority; and
(iii) details of any other material communication between Project Co or a Project Co Associate and an Authority,
in connection with the Project.
