(a) (requirements for Subcontracting): must not subcontract the performance of the Project Activities or any part of them except in accordance with this clause 9;
(b) (no relief): is not relieved from any or all of its obligations or Liabilities (whether under the State Project Documents or otherwise) as a result of any subcontracting of those obligations or Liabilities;
(c) (Project Co responsible): will be responsible for the acts and omissions of any Subcontractor and their respective Associates in carrying out the Project Activities as if such acts or omissions were the acts or omissions of Project Co; and
(d) (Wrongs Act): for the purposes of the Wrongs Act 1958 (Vic), without limiting clause 2.20, is entirely responsible for any failure to take reasonable care on the part of any Subcontractor or their Associates.
