If a certificate or notice is required to be provided by Project Co to the State or the Independent Reviewer under the State Project Documents, Project Co must provide the relevant certificate or notice to the State and, where applicable, the Independent Reviewer, in the form set out in the Schedule of Certificates and Notices.
