32.6  Abatement not to constitute Major Default or Default Termination Event

Any Abatement of the Service Payment in accordance with clause 32.4(b) will not be a Default and will not be included in the calculation of any Abatement for a Major Default under paragraph (r) of the definition of "Major Default" or any Abatement for a Default Termination Event under paragraph (h) of the definition of "Default Termination Event".
