38.4  Suspension of Project Co's rights and obligations

(a)  (Extent of suspension): During the exercise of the State's rights under clause 38.2, Project Co's rights and obligations under the State Project Documents are suspended to the extent necessary to permit the State to exercise its rights under clause 38.2.

(b)  (No limitation): Except to the extent that Project Co's obligations are suspended under clause 38.4(a), the exercise by the State of its rights under clause 38.2 (or the cessation of such exercise) will not affect any other right of the State under the State Project Documents or at Law.
