Project Co indemnifies the State, each State Associate and each Interface Party (other than any Direct Interface Party) from and against any Claim or Liability suffered or incurred by the State, the State Associate or the Interface Party (other than a Direct Interface Party), respectively, arising in connection with:
(a) (property damage): any loss, damage or destruction to, or loss of use of, property including any real or personal property, whether the Project Assets or other property belonging to the State, a State Associate or a third party (other than the cost of repairing or reinstating the Project Assets, which is addressed in clause 42); or
(b) (injury, illness or death): any injury to, illness or death of, any person,
in connection with any act or omission of Project Co or any Project Co Associate in connection with the Project.
