Without limiting its obligations under clause 44.7, from the Operational Commencement Date, and for any extended period of cover applicable to an Operational Phase Insurance as detailed in the Insurance Schedule, Project Co must procure and maintain, or cause to be procured and maintained:
(a) (Operational Phase Insurances): the Operational Phase Insurances; and
(b) (additional insurances): any additional insurances which a prudent operator and services provider would procure and maintain when carrying out activities of a similar nature to the Services.
