In each Change Notice, Project Co must describe the actions Project Co and the Project Co Associates have taken (and any further action Project Co proposes to take in the future) to:
(a) (mitigate): mitigate, minimise or avoid the adverse effects, costs, consequences or duration of the relevant Change Notice Event (including by putting in place temporary measures reasonably required by the State); and
(b) (take advantage): take advantage of any positive or beneficial effects of the relevant Change Notice Event and maximise any reduction in costs arising from the relevant Change Compensation Event.
