18.6  Payment on termination for Contract Close

(a)  If an Augmentation Process Deed is terminated under section 18.1(a), no amount will be payable by the State to the Proponents other than in accordance with the State Augmentation Documents; and 

(b)  the Proponents and Project Co will have no Claim against the State in respect of that proposed Augmentation, and will procure that no Project Co Associate or Proponent Associate makes a Claim, against the State in respect of that proposed Augmentation, other than to the extent expressly provided in the State Augmentation Documents.
