The Proponent consents to probity checks being conducted at any time. Such probity checks may include:
investigations into commercial structure, business and credit history;
(i) prior contract compliance;
(j) compliance with this deed and any plans and protocols required by this deed;
(k) any criminal records or pending charges;
(l) interviews with any referees nominated; and
(m) research into any relevant activity that is or might reasonably be expected to be the subject of regulatory investigation.
