7.1  Security

The Proponent must:

(a)  establish and maintain effective security measures to safeguard State Confidential Information from access or use not authorised by this deed;

(b)  subject to the terms of this deed, keep State Confidential Information under each relevant Recipient's control; and

(c)  establish and maintain effective and auditable procedures for ensuring compliance with this deed.
