Guidance note: This Section is intended to provide details of: ▪ any investigations, assessments and works that have been or will be undertaken by the State in relation to the Site(s); ▪ where applicable, the purpose of the Site investigations, assessments and works (e.g. to assess ground conditions in order to inform design and planning); ▪ information that has been collected and/or collated to date; and ▪ whether the results of any investigations, assessments and works have been, or will be made available, and any conditions of release (e.g. results are available in the Data Room for those parties who have signed confidentiality undertakings or assessments and site investigation reports will be included in the Data Room during the RFP Phase of the Tender Process). Where the State is proposing to transfer geotechnical and contamination risk to Project Co, Procuring Agencies should seek to procure third party reliance in respect of any Site information reports that will be obtained by Procuring Agencies to support the risk transfer to Project Co. |
