(a) The State may grant the Respondent or any Respondent Member permission to undertake inspections of any site related to the Project.
(b) The Respondent and each Respondent Member must comply with any protocols, procedures or requirements notified by the State prior to any such inspection referred to in Clause 10.6(a).
