11.1.  Disclosure by the State

The Respondent and each Respondent Member acknowledges and agrees that the State or any of its Associates may publish or disclose (on the internet or otherwise), and consents to such publication or disclosure, details of:

(a)  the Respondent(s) (including Respondent Members and any of their Associates);

(b)  the identity of the Preferred Respondent(s) (including Respondent Members and any of their Associates); and

(c)  the status of the Tender Process at any time.
