17.10.  Process Agents

Each Respondent Member that does not have its registered office in Australia irrevocably:

(a)  nominates the Respondent as its agent to receive service of process or other documents in any action in connection with the Project; and

(b)  agrees that service on that agent will be sufficient service on it.
