A complete RFP has three volumes. This template sets out the required form and recommended content of the RFP volume 1A (project overview and general requirements). Guidance notes are included to assist with content, examples and issues to consider.
The RFP template can be tailored to reflect project specific context and characteristics. In particular, the key issues section will be tailored to project specific circumstances.
