The purpose of this RFP is to:
• invite each Respondent to submit a fully costed and binding Proposal;
• provide Respondents with general information to assist in the preparation and lodgement of Proposals;
• provide further information (in addition to that contained in the Terms and Conditions) regarding terms and conditions of the Tender Process;
• detail the design, construction, [operational,] maintenance, commercial, financial and legal requirements of the Project;
• disclose the Evaluation Criteria that the State will use to evaluate Proposals; and
• detail the Proposal Requirements to be provided by Respondents in order to satisfy the Evaluation Criteria and other specific requirements of the State.
