Each Respondent is reminded of its obligations under the Terms and Conditions. These obligations will continue to apply throughout the Tender Process. Respondents should also note the restrictions on communication with the State and other stakeholders related to the Project as outlined in Section 9 (Interaction between State and Respondents).
