The Project is divided into a number of phases and Project Co's activities will vary by phase. In summary, Project Co will be responsible for:
• developing the design in accordance with a specified design review process, as set out in the Project Deed;
• completing the Works [and the Returned Works] and achieving Acceptance by the relevant Date for Acceptance (as described in Section 5.4.6 (Completion Regime)); and
• providing [operational services / facilities management services / maintenance / lifecycle services] and other Services (as described in Section 2.5 (Project Services)) during the [insert Operating Phase period] year Operating Phase commencing on the day after the Date of Commercial Acceptance.
