Guidance note: This Section is intended to set out any principles relevant to the construction of the Project asset(s).  

Example construction principles may include:

▪  eliminating or minimising to the extent possible the following impacts:

-  disruption to amenity (e.g. noise, vibration, dust);

-  environmental damage; 

-  damage to existing properties; and

-  disruption to the transport network including to rail, trams, buses, vehicles, cyclists and pedestrians; and

▪  traffic management including any parking arrangements.
