Guidance note: This Section is intended to provide details of the statutory permits, approvals and consents that the State will obtain in respect of the Project. This Section should also provide details of: ▪ the planning controls (including zoning and overlays) that apply to Site(s) and any requirements under any planning controls; ▪ any planning scheme exemptions that may apply to the Site(s); and ▪ other statutory requirements/conditions that may apply to the Site(s) (e.g. cultural heritage). |
The State will obtain the statutory permits, approvals and consents set out in Table 4 (Permits, Consents and Approvals) below.
