Guidance note: This Section is intended to provide details of the risk allocation in respect of any variations to the Minister for Planning's approval decision that applies to the Project resulting from differences between the project proposed by the Successful Respondent and the reference project.  For example, design improvements or construction activities that are outside the project area or are otherwise not in conformance with environmental performance requirements set out in an EES.

This Section should also request Respondents to discuss any proposed changes with the State during the ITP Workshops.
