Respondents must provide fully costed proposals for the Pre-Agreed Modifications (PAMs) identified below in accordance with the requirements set out in Volume 1, Part B (Evaluation Criteria and Proposal Requirements).
PAMs are amendments to the Project that the State is also considering but may not have decided to include in the Project prior to Contract Close. In this case, the Project Deed is intended to include an option for the State to require Project Co to deliver the PAM at the agreed price and terms after Contract Close.
