Respondent Members will be permitted to tender for the role of Independent Reviewer. The invitation to register interest and request for tender documents for that role will set out how the State proposes to manage any conflicts of interest to ensure that the Tender Process and the Independent Reviewer appointment process can proceed in parallel.
A Respondent Member (and any Associate of a Respondent Member) who is part of the Successful Respondent is not eligible for the role of the Independent Reviewer under the State Project Documents.
