7.1.5  Use of the Local Industry Development Plan

Any post-tender changes in a Respondent's LIDP commitments will require further ICN assessment and certification.

The contents of the Successful Respondent's final LIDP will be included in Schedule 20 (VIPP Schedule) to the Project Deed.  Further, the Successful Respondent's LIDP information will be recorded centrally for ICN certification of the LIDP outcomes reported.
