With the exception of interaction at any ITP Workshops and Site Inspections, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and the ITP Plan, all communications with the State concerning the RFP or the Project must be must be made in writing by the RFP Primary Contact via the Q&A Facility of the Data Room.
Whilst all communication with the State should be made via the Q&A Facility of the Data Room, in exceptional circumstances, contact may be made with the State Representative as set out below:

The Respondents, Respondent Members and Respondent Associates must not contact any other State entity or agency during the Tender Process in relation to the Project, except as provided in this RFP, the Terms and Conditions and the ITP Plan. The State reserves the right to initiate communications with Respondents on any matter at any time.
