To ensure that Respondents have the opportunity to clarify the requirements of this RFP, the RFP Phase will include an interactive tendering process that will be undertaken in accordance with the ITP Plan and the Terms and Conditions.
The State proposes to hold individual workshops (ITP Workshops) with Respondents during the Tender Process to provide Respondents with the opportunity to meet with the State to discuss the development of their concepts and designs and operational solutions and to seek clarification and feedback on the requirements of the Project prior to the lodgement of Proposals. The ITP Workshops will also seek to minimise the risk of any misunderstanding of the State's requirements.
The ITP Workshops are not negotiation sessions and do not form part of the RFP evaluation process.
The ITP Workshops will be coordinated and conducted in accordance with the ITP Workshop Protocols (set out in section 2.2 of the ITP Plan). The State will ensure that the ITP Workshops are conducted strictly in compliance with probity requirements.
